As a matter of fact, pricing a home well, is the most important factor when it comes to selling a house, but of course there are other factors. One of those is the physical condition of a home, actually it's a huge factor in securing a quick sale. A home that is in excellent condition will sell faster compared to a home in need of major repairs.
